Privacy Policy

ClipEngine is a service of CJS Corporate LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This policy explains how we handle information connected with the ClipEngine website and service. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to getclipengine@gmail.com.

What this website collects today

The current ClipEngine website is a pre-launch informational site. It does not have an account system, web form, client portal, payment form, or file-upload feature. If you choose to use an email link on the site, your email application sends the message directly to us; the site itself does not receive that message.

Like most sites delivered through Cloudflare, technical request data such as IP address, browser/device information, request time, and security events may be processed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain security. We do not sell personal information or use advertising pixels on this site.

Information you choose to send us

If you contact us by email, we receive the information in your message, such as your name, email address, company or show name, and any episode link you provide. We use it only to respond to your request, discuss or provide ClipEngine services, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

Payments and client media

ClipEngine does not currently accept payment card details or client-media uploads through this website. If those features launch, this policy will be updated before they are enabled. Payment card entry will be handled by a payment provider's hosted checkout, not by ClipEngine. Any future client-media upload flow will describe its access controls, retention, and deletion process before it is made available.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers only as needed to operate the site and service. This may include Cloudflare for website delivery and security, and an email provider for correspondence. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

We keep contact information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, to provide services, resolve disputes, maintain records, or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. To make a request, email getclipengine@gmail.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals because this site does not use cross-site behavioral advertising.

Children

ClipEngine is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will address it promptly.

Changes

We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date before a material new data use begins.
